Hey guys --- you all need to call or email jeff with room and payment
info. See below..... I will not be sending a room list for this tournament.

This is a reminder that the cutoff date of September 17th is quickly
approaching. Please make sure that all of your parents that need a
room for the tournament have made their arrangements under the team
block by either contacting me by email at

or by calling me at 704-882-2468. If you are providing me with a
rooming list, please make sure you send it to me by this date.
